SERVICE

The second IC BomberTHON presented a real challenge for organizers as the event is rooted in physical movement and togetherness. This year, I worked with the BomberTHON executive board and committees to create a virtual dance marathon held over Zoom that engaged participants for a full 6 hours.

Highlights included: Build-a-buddy, Rubber Ducky Derby, and a DJ Washburn hour! We also incorporated cause connections throughout the day.

I learned as a leader to let passion for the cause imbue into work ethic. All of our great ideas were rooted in our passion for the cause. BomberTHON smashed it's fundraising goal of $25K by raising $34,221.92 For The Kids.
